Connection & Creativity Workshop

Our Creativity and Connection workshop is open to all adults 20+ looking for a dynamic way to build confidence, explore authentic communication and engage with their creative imagination.

The Workshop introduces the participants to the ensemble, self development and expression, exploring how to access inner creativity and the sharing of creative ideas. Delivered by highly experienced professionals, we work to improve concentration, assertiveness and wellbeing and give you the space to use your voice and gain confidence. The course is immersive and experiential as we combine group exercises, movement, voice, poetry, and text.
