The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead the rollout of our community initiatives in the Oeiras area of Lisbon. This role involves building relationships with local community groups and stakeholders, coordinating outreach projects, and delivering impactful programmes designed to support and engage the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of community initiatives in Oeiras, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Develop and nurture relationships with local community groups, stakeholders, and residents.
Coordinate and deliver outreach projects, workshops, and events tailored to community needs.
Act as a liaison between the organisation and the local community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
Monitor the impact of initiatives and provide regular feedback to improve outreach strategies.

About You:
Proven experience in community engagement, project management, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for community development and creating meaningful change.
Familiarity with the Oeiras area and its communities is a plus.
